Secondary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids
Instructions: 
Standing at a Cable Chest Press machine, lift one leg off the ground while keeping your other knee slightly bent.

Take hold of one cable, keeping your elbow bent and your palm facing the floor.

With your arm at shoulder level slowly extend your elbow pushing the cable away from your body.

Slowly bend your elbow returning to the starting position.
