Prepare rice according to the package. COOL.

Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan.

Add eggs and milk; mix well.

Stir in rice.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium, cook 20 min., stirring frequently.

Remove from heat.

Add butter and vanilla; stir until butter is melted.

Pour into serving bowl

Sprinkle with cinnamon. (I added the cinnamon with the butter and vanilla. It is delicious that way too.)
