GymAmerica offers a wide variety of exercise plans to choose from. Each exercise plan can be customized to fit you and can consist of one or more individual workout plans. You can choose a walking, toning, strength training, yoga, running or cardio exercise plan or even combine a cardio workout routine and a strength training plan.

  • Seems to me that after 4 weeks I should have something to show for my effort , even if just a little bit. The only thing I can use as motivation is my body fat has decreased by 4 %, I guess that is something . I know that eventually all my efforts will be rewarded, but for now - every little bit helps, and I have to keep on going..... Now that I've started.
