You can choose a walking, toning, strength training, yoga, running or cardio exercise plan or even combine a cardio workout routine and a strength training plan.

    Power Plan is a great workout. Really getting into it. Otherwise, just trying to stay more active, biking on the weekend and stepping out at work everyday for a 30 minute walk. Diet has been good -- cooking a lot more at home rather than eating out. Good for my wallet as well!
